(1) Métodos analíticos que empreguem espectrometria de absorção atômica (AAS), espectrometria de emissão óptica com plasma indutivamente acoplado (ICP OES) e espectrometria de massas com plasma indutivamente acoplado (ICP-MS). (2) Análise de alimentos e de amostras biológicas. (3) Especiação química de elementos metálicos. (4) Ensaios para a determinação da bioacessibilidade e biodisponibilidade oral de elementos essenciais e contaminantes inorgânicos. (5) Fortificação de alimentos com elementos essenciais.
